On December 17, H.E. Vladlen Semivolos, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Uganda paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mohammed Suleiman Ahmed, Dean of the diplomatic corps, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Eritrea to the Republic of Uganda. During the meeting, they discussed the issues of bilateral cooperation, as well as promotion of effective coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uganda.
