On September 22, Chargé d'Affaires a.i. at the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Uganda Dr. Evgeny Kalashnikov met with Secretary General of the Uganda National Chamber of Commerce and Industry Ms. Brenda Tibamwenda. They discussed ways to enhance cooperation between representatives of the business circles of Russia and Uganda with the involvement of the Association of Economic Cooperation with African States (AECAS).
