The “Russkiy Mir” Cabinet opened in Kampala

On February 4, the “Russkiy Mir” Cabinet was officially opened in Kampala.

This project was initiated by the Association of Russian-speaking Women in Uganda “Rosinka” with the support of the Embassy. The welcoming speech of Russian Ambassador to Uganda Vladlen Semivolos was read out at the event. A video message by Executive Director of the “Russkiy Mir” Foundation Vladimir Kochin was also presented.

The event was held in the format of an open lesson, during which students, who previously studied Russian online, were finally able to meet in-person and chat in a friendly atmosphere.
