Mr. Mulema Samuel is a Ugandan who got the opportunity to study in Moscow, Russia

After high school, I got an opportunity to study Electrical engineering in Moscow. Contrary to this, there were societal bias understanding of the Russian society, We could hear sentiments of racism, harsh weather and so on but to my surprise, the real experience was far different as I am about to elaborate in this article.

During my preparatory course, I was introduced to Russian language tutors who worked with a lot of enthusiasm, dedication, extreme care and commitment, which enabled me to master the Russian language and easily adopt to a culturally diverse environment of the Russian people and to continue with my major course.

The holistic education offered at National research university “Moscow power engineering institute” was to the best of my knowledge the best world over, I thus commend any other student to yearn for it, only to state the art of the curriculum, practical experience, students’ welfare, mention it. It is all that I received for about 5 years of my course.

I therefore advise countrymen who would like to acquire education in Russia, to stick to the primary principles and their purposes of coming to Russia, focus on their studies so as to achieve what is most required back home and that is the professional achievement.

Based on my experience and achievements in Russia, I would like to take this opportunity to salute the Russian embassy in Uganda and the Federal government of Russia for having given me the opportunity to achieve my profession and fulfil my dreams of becoming an Electrical engineer (power option). I therefore conclude by extending my humble plea to the Federal government of Russia that in case such opportunities are available should be passed on to more people.
